Acrylic Mirror Production Process 

1. Clear acrylic sheet producing;

2. Surface harden and corona treatment;

3. Vacuum clearance and automatically collecting;

4. Examination;

5. Vacuum plating;

6. Coating process on mirrors;

7. Air-dry process;

8. Packing and shipment.

Packing when shipment:

Plywood Pallet ( International Standard ):

usually can hold not over 1500KG each pallet, usually 5-10pcs in a kraft paper bag, looks very pretty when in loading, easier to unload when  goods arrive to denstination. If  you  want easy unloading from container, better to choose plywood pallet.

We will pick you up from the Jinan International Air Port and then drive to our factory.

A: We can provide the some free samples for reference under the customer pay for the shipment cost, but the cost will be return in the first order.

 A: OEM/ODM are acceptable, besides the prototype cost could be refundable once the order reach our MOQ.
